Australian Capital Territory (Self-

Government) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Act 1988.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1990.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Australian Capital Territory (Self-Government) Regulations.

Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting “Limitation Ordinance 1985” after “Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance 1955”.
