Notification of Declaration of National Land

I, RICHARD MANSELL COLBECK, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance and Administration, hereby declare, pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Australian Capital Territory (Planning and Land Management) Act 1988 those areas of land in the Australian Capital Territory described in the Table below to be National Land, all those areas of land so described, being used, or being intended to be used, by or on behalf of the Commonwealth.
