MR ENRIGHT	MELBOURNE, 24 OCTOBER 2014
Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1] On 1 October 2014 Australian Business Industrial lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices due to insufficient nominations at the previous election in E2014/176:

Councillor (2)

[2] On 1 October 2014 Australian Business Industrial also lodged with the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to a scheduled biennial election for the following offices by and from the Electoral College in accordance with rules 48 and 49:

President	(1)
Vice-President	(2)
Secretary/Treasurer	(1)
Member of Executive Committee	(not exceeding 3)

[3]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
