Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 22 November 2013 the Australian and International Pilots Association lodged with

the Fair Work Commission prescribed information in relation to a casual vacancy election for

the remainder of the term for the following offices:

Committee of Management Member (for the 2012-2015 term of office)	5
Committee of Management Member (for the 2013-2016 term of office)	5

[2]        On 28 November 2013 the Fair Work Commission wrote to the abovenamed

organisation requesting copies of resignations from office holders who had resigned.

[3]        On 5 December 2013 the abovenamed organisation lodged amended prescribed

information which included copies of resignations from those office holders who had
resigned.

[4]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
