WHEREAS by notification in t h e Gazette, the Governor, wi th the

advice of t he Executive; Counci l , under the provisions of t h e " Newcast le Sand-drif t Rec lamat ion A c t , " resumed cer tain l and described in t he Schedules to t he said notification ; and whereas i t is exped ien t t h a t t he land described in t he Schedules hereto (being p a r t of t he land so resumed as aforesaid), which a t the t ime of resumpt ion was t h e proper ty of t he Aus t ra l i an A g r i c u l t u r a l Company, should revest in t he Aust ra l ian Agr icu l tu ra l C o m p a n y : Be i t therefore enacted by the Queen 's Most Exce l len t Majesty, by and wi th t he advice and consent of t he Legislat ive Council and Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South Wales in Pa r l i amen t assembled, and by the au thor i ty of t h e same, as follows :—

1. The land described in the Schedules here to shall vest in t he

Aus t ra l i an Agr i cu l tu ra l Company as fully a n d effectually as if t he

" Newcast le Sand-drift Rec lamat ion A c t " had never been passed, and the notification of r e sumpt ion under t he provisions thereof had never

been made .

2. The powers of resumpt ion conferred upon the Governor by
section two of the - i Newcas t le Sand-drif t Rec lamat ion A c t " are, in

respect of the land described in the Schedules hereto, hereby revoked

a n d repealed.

3 . N o compensat ion moneys shal l be payable under t he said

Ac t in respect of t he resumpt ion of t he said lands .
