1. The applicants seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Queensland (Morrison and Philippides JJA and Mullins A‑JA) dismissing an appeal from part of a judgment of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Queensland (Bond J).  The application raises no question of principle suitable for the grant of special leave, and there is no reason to doubt the correctness of the Court of Appeal's judgment.  Special leave should be refused.

2. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
