LIMITED (NMRB) ACT 1991—PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 3 (2) of the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group B) Act 1991, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 November 1991 as the appointed day for the purposes of that Act.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to fix 16 November 1991 as the “appointed day” for the purposes of the Act (e.g. the day on which the business and all of the property of National Mutual Royal Bank Limited is vested in Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited).
