An Act to amend " The Australasian Federation Enabling

Act, 1895."

E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

of South Australia, as follows:

l, This Act shall be incorporated and read as one with "The ~ncorporation.

Australasian Federation Enabling Act (South Australia), 1895," hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2, After the thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight Payment of represen-

hundred and ninety-seven, no South Australian representative shall be entitled to or allowed the sum of Two Guineas per day, as pro- vided by the principal Act, for any day on which he has not been necessarily absent from South Australia attending to Convention business.
