I, MARK ANTHONY JAMES VAILE, Minister for Transport and Regional Services, make this Variation under subsection 6(1), Part 2 of the AusLink (National Land Transport) Act 2005.

This Variation is the AusLink (National Land Transport) Act National Land Transport Network Variation 2007 (No.1).

1. Commencement

This Variation commences on the day after registration. 

1. Variation

(1)        The National Land Transport Network, as determined under the           AusLink (National Land Transport) Act National Land Transport       Network Determination 2005 (No.1) (the Determination), is varied in          accordance with the amendment to the Determination described in         subclause (2).

(2)        The description provided in relation to the urban corridor in Sydney at   Item Number 1, Schedule 1 to the Determination, is deleted and    replaced with the description ‘The Cumberland Highway from its           connection with the M2 at Carlingford to its connection with the      Sydney-Newcastle Freeway (F3) at Wahroonga’.
