Variation to the AusLink Roads to Recovery List

I, HELEN MAREE MCDEVITT, Acting General Manager, AusLink Systems and Regional Investment, under subsection 88(3) of the AusLink (National Land Transport) Act 2005 vary the AusLink Roads to Recovery List signed on 2 August 2005 by:

(a)in the list for Unincorporated Areas and Indian Ocean Territories, omitting the named recipient “Department of Infrastructure Planning and Environment (NT)” and replacing with the named recipient “Department of Planning and Infrastructure (NT)”;

(b)in the list for New South Wales, omitting the named recipient ‘Hastings Council’ and the corresponding amount of “4,147,488” and replacing it with the named recipient “Hastings-Port Macquarie Council” and the corresponding amount of “4,147,488”;

(c)in the list for New South Wales, omitting the named recipient ‘Greater Queanbeyan City Council’ and the corresponding amount of “1,296,737” and inserting before “Randwick City Council” the named recipient “Queanbeyan City Council” and the corresponding amount of “1,296,737”;

(d)in the list for New South Wales, omitting the named recipient ‘Upper Lachlan Council’ and the corresponding amount of “3,105,018” and replacing it with the named recipient “Upper Lachlan Shire Council” and the corresponding amount of “3,105,018”;

(e)in the list for New South Wales, omitting the named recipient ‘Cooma-Monaro Council’ and the corresponding amount of “1,723,511” and replacing it with the named recipient “Cooma-Monaro Shire Council” and the corresponding amount of “1,723,511’; and

(f)in the list for New South Wales, omitting the named recipient ‘Tumut Council’ and the corresponding amount of “1,342,289” and replacing it with the named recipient “Tumut Shire Council” and the corresponding amount of “1,342,289’.
