DETERMINATION OF THE NATION BUILDING PROGRAM ROADS TO RECOVERY LIST PURSUANT TO SECTION 87 OF THE ACT

Instrument No. 2009/1

I, ANTHONY NORMAN ALBANESE, Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, determine under subsection 87(1) of the  (National Land Transport) Act 2005, the Nation Building Roads to Recovery List (“the List”) for the  Roads to Recovery funding period 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2014 (“the Funding Period”)

The list specifies:

(a)The amounts of Commonwealth funding that are to be provided during the Funding Period in Column 2 of Schedule 1;

(b)The person or body that is to receive that amount in Column1 of Schedule 1; and

(c)That the amount specified in Schedule 2 is specified on account of a program of bridge works and Aboriginal access roads in Western Australia but the persons or bodies that are to receive this amount have not yet been decided.
