Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Audit Regulations.*1* SEE NOTES TO FIRST ARTICLE OF THIS CHAPTER .
AUDIT REGULATIONS - REG 2
Interpretation
2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:
"the Act" means the Audit Act 1901.
AUDIT REGULATIONS - REG 3
Authorities and bodies to which section 70BA of the Act applies
3. (1) Each of the authorities and bodies specified in Schedule 1 is declared to be an authority or body to which section 70BA of the Act applies.
(2) Each of the companies specified in Schedule 2 is declared to be a company to which section 70BA of the Act applies.
