Audit Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Audit Act 1901.

Schedule 1

Schedule 1 to the Audit Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Item 9 in Part I the following item:

“10.  Public Trustee for the Australian Capital 3  XI Attorney-  Territory General”; and

(b) by adding at the end the following Part:

PART XI

MODIFICATION OF DIVISION 3 —PUBLIC TRUSTEE FOR THE AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY

Insert in sub-section 63m (3) “, and the Australian Capital Territory House of Assembly,” after “Parliament”.
