Audit Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 22 November 1985.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Audit Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after item 5 in Part 1 the following items:

“5a Canberra Public Cemetery—Woden—Trust 3 Va

5b Canberra Public Cemetery—Gungahlin—Trust 3 Va ”; and

(b) by inserting after Part V the Part set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Insert in sub-section 63m (3) “, and the Australian Capital Territory House of Assembly,” after “Parliament”.
