Audit Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Audit Act 1901.

Schedule 1

1. Schedule 1 to the Audit Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting item 5 of Part I;

(b) by inserting after clause 1 of Part IV the following clause:

“1a. Omit from sub-section 63m (1) ‘the Minister administering this Act’, insert ‘the appropriate Minister’ ”; and

(c) by omitting Part V.

Schedule 2

2. Schedule 2 to the Audit Regulations is amended by omitting “Canberra Commercial Development Authority”.
