Audit (Public Bodies) Amendment Regulations 2019

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the authorising provision of the Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 2015 as a consequence of the enactment of the Audit Amendment Act 2019.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 84 of the Audit Act 1994.

3Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2019.

4Regulation 2 amended

In regulation 2 of the Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 2015[1], for "section 21" substitute "section 84".
