Audit (Public Bodies) (Amendment) Regulations 2007

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the persons and bodies prescribed as public bodies for the purposes of the Audit Act 1994. 

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 3 and 21 of the Audit Act 1994.

3Schedule of public bodies amended

(1)In the Schedule to the Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 2005[1] omit the following—

(a)"Government Superannuation Office"; and

(b)"State Superannuation Fund".

(2)In the Schedule to the Audit (Public Bodies) Regulations 2005 for "Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund" substitute "Trustees of the Parliamentary Contributory Superannuation Fund".
