The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the prescribe St. George's Health Service Limited as a public body for the purposes of the Audit Act 1994.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 21 of the Audit Act 1994.
