AN ACT to amend the Audit Act 1904.

[Assented to 5 September 1984.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Audit Shot title.

Amendment Act 1984.

(2) In this Act the Audit Act 1904 is referred to	Reprinted as
approved

as the principal Act.

Section 9A

Inserted. 2. After section 4 of the principal Act the follow-

ing section is inserted

Ministerial	'I 4A. The Treasurer may by writing
delegation.

delegate to another Minister of the Crown specified in the instrument of delegation all or any of his functions, powers and duties under this Act other than the power of delegation conferred by this section. ".
