BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.     This Act may be cited as the "Audit (Amendment) Act, 1981".

Amendment of Act No. 26, 1902.

2. The Audit Act, 1902, is amended in the manner set forth in

Schedule 1.

(Sec. 2.)

AMENDMENTS TO THE AUDIT ACT, 1902.

(1) Section 5 9 A —

Omit the section.

(2) (a) Section 60—

Omit "each income and expenditure account to which paragraph (a) of subsection (1) of section 59A applies, and the statement referred to in paragraph (b) of subsection ( 1) of section 59A,".
