Wales in Parl iament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—
1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the " A u d i t (Amendment) Act, 192!).'"
(2) -This Act shall he deemed to have commenced on the thirtieth day of November in the year one thousand nine hundred and twenty-eight.
2 . The Audit Act, 1902, is amended by inserting in section nine after the words "good behaviour" the
words " u n t i l he at tains the age of sixty-five years . "
The Constitution Act, K 0 2 , as amended by sub­ sequent Acts, is amended as follows :—	:

(a) by omitting from subsection one of section forty-one the words " twenty-one thousand two bundled and forty-five" and inserting in

figures " ] 3,195 0 0 " and inserting in l ieu
thereof the figures " 11,295 0 0. LOCAL

(b) (i) by omitting from the Third Schedule the

figures " 900 0 0 " and inserting in lieu
