Assembly of N e w South W a l e s in P a r l i a m e n t assembled and by the

au thor i ty of t he same as follows :—

1. I n l ieu of t he word " four th" in t h e twenty-fifth section

" th i r ty -one" in t h e th i r ty - th i rd section and " th i r ty - s ix th" in t h e

th i r ty-seventh section of t h e A u d i t A c t of 1870	there	shall be	substi­
tu t ed respectively t he words " t h i r d "	" t h i r t y "	and "	thirty-fifth."
