AN ACT to amend the Audit Act, 1904-1953.

[Assented to 30th September, 1957.]

BE it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Audit Act

Amendment Act, 1957.

(2) In this Act, the Audit Act, 1904-1953,

Short title

Act No. 12 of 1904 as amended by Acts Nos. 24 of	and citation.
1927, 52 of 1947, 16 of 1950, and 71 of 1953,

is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act

may be cited as the Audit Act, 1904-1957.

S. 40

amended. 2. Section forty of the principal Act is amended

by substituting for the word, "daily" in line one, the

words, "at such times as he considers necessary".

S. 48

repealed and	3.	Section forty-eight of the principal Act is
re-enacted

as amended.
