2 . The Auctioneers, Stock and Station and Eeal Estate

Agents Act, 1941, is amended—

(a) (i) by inserting at the end of paragraph (a) of

subsection two of section seven the words

" o r under this Ac t " ;

(ii)   by omitting from subsection five of the same section the words "one thousand nine hundred and forty-two" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "one thousand nine hundred and forty-three";

(b) (i) by omitting from subsection one of section eight the words "one thousand nine hun- dred and forty-two" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "one thousand nine hundred and forty-three";

(ii)   by omitting from subsection five of the same section the words "one thousand nine hundred and forty-two" and by inserting in lieu thereof the words "one thousand nine hundred and forty-three";

(c) by inserting in paragraph (g) of section nine after the words "elected member" the words " o r an appointed member."
