This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents (Exemptions) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the AuctioneersandAgents(Exemptions)Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 6 (Exemptions for obtaining restricted auctioneers licences) 3. Section 6(2), ‘Ritchie Bros Auctioneers (Overseas) Ltd ARBN 065 858 586’— omit, insert— ‘Ritchie Bros Auctioneers Pty Ltd ACN 080 895 898’. ˙ Insertion of new s 9 4. After section 8— insert— ˙ ‘ Exemption for obtaining real estate agent’s licence—Bree Van Gaal ‘ 9.(1) Bree Van Gaal of 4 Emmet Street, Daisy Hill, Queensland is exempted from section 45(1)(b) of the Act. ‘ (2) This section expires on 15 April 1999.’.
