This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents (Exemptions) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the AuctioneersandAgents(Exemptions)Regulation 1995 . ˙ Insertion of new ss 5–7 3. After section 4— insert— ˙ ‘ Exemption for making claim against the fund—Alan James Davis ‘ 5.(1) Alan James Davis of 64 Peter Thompson Drive, Parkwood, Queensland is exempted from the application of section 119(5) of the Act. ‘ (2) This section applies only for the making of a claim in the amount of $84 against the fund in relation to Mr Davis’ purchase of a motor vehicle from David Gary Gray, trading as David Gray Wholesale Autos of 67 Nerang Street, Southport, Queensland on or about 21 May 1991. ‘ (3) This section expires 3 months after it commences. ˙ ‘ Exemption for making claim against the fund—Linden Brett Stewart ‘ 6.(1) Linden Brett Stewart of 39 Fairview Court, Parkwood, Queensland is exempted from the application of section 119(5) of the Act. ‘ (2) This section applies only for the making of a claim in the amount of $143.20 against the fund in relation to Mr Stewart’s purchase of a motor vehicle from David Barrie Boyd, trading as Surf City Cars of 11 to 13 Nind Street, Southport, Queensland on or about 20 October 1994. ‘ (3) This section expires 3 months after it commences.

s3 3 s3 Auctioneers and Agents (Exemptions) Amendment (No. 3) No. 397, 1996 ˙ ‘ Exemption for making claim against the fund—Stuart Gordon Campbell and Kim Ang-Campbell ‘ 7.(1) Stuart Gordon Campbell and Kim Ang-Campbell of 23 Wesley Court, Noosa Sound, Noosa Heads, Queensland (the “Campbells” ) are exempted from the application of section 119(6) of the Act. ‘ (2) This section applies only for the making of a claim in the amount of $3 462.50 against the fund in relation to the auction of certain chattels of the Campbells by William Paul O’Brien, trading as Bill O’Brien Auctions of 7A Diamond Street, Cooroy, Queensland on or about 20 November 1993. ‘ (3) This section expires 3 months after it commences.’.
