This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents (Exemptions) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the AuctioneersandAgents(Exemptions)Regulation 1995 . ˙ Insertion of new s 8 3. After section 7— insert— ˙ ‘ Exemption for making claim against the fund—Warren Alan Evans ‘ 8.(1) Warren Alan Evans of 4 MacDevitt Street, Coopers Plains, Queensland is exempted from section 119(5) of the Act. ‘ (2) This section applies only for making a claim for $204.10 against the fund in relation to a motor vehicle purchased by Mr Evans from Duncan James Conner, trading as Brisbane Vehicle Brokers, of 10 Henchman Avenue, Miami, Queensland on or about 19 July 1994. ‘ (3) This section expires on 31 January 1999.’.
