This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents (Exemptions) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the AuctioneersandAgents(Exemptions)Regulation 1995 . ˙ Insertion of new s 3 3. After section 2— insert— ˙ ‘ Exemption for obtaining provisional auctioneer’s licence ‘ 3.(1) Section 35(6)(a) of the Act does not apply to the following persons— • Wayne Gordon Clark of 12575 Camino Emparrado, San Diego, USA • Eddie Ray Graham of Route 1, Box 23-1A, Marlow, Oklahoma, USA • Darrel Delmer Yoder of 14546 State Highway, Lyons, Ohio, USA • Wayne Eugene Yoos of Logan Lake, British Columbia, Canada. ‘ (2) This section applies only for the granting of a provisional auctioneer’s licence under which the holder is authorised to act under the direct supervision and instruction of a person who is— (a) a director of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (Overseas) Ltd. (A.R.B.N.: 065 858 586); and (b) the holder of a restricted auctioneer’s licence. ‘ (3) This section expires on 31 December 1996.’.
