2 Auctioneers and Agents (Declaration of Banks) No. 63, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents (Declaration of Banks) Order 1993 . ˙ Repeal of orders in council 2. The following orders in council, made under the Act, are repealed— (a) Auctioneers and Agents (Declaration of Banks) Order 1992 ; (b) Auctioneers and Agents (Declaration of Banks) Order (No. 2) 1992 ; (c) Auctioneers and Agents (Declaration of Banks) Order (No. 3) 1992 . ˙ Declaration of banks 3. The banks specified in the Schedule are declared to be banks to which section 96 of the Act applies.
