s1 2 s4 Auctioneers and Agents Amendment (No. 3) No. 193, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Auctioneers and Agents Regulation 1986 . ˙ Amendment of s 7 (Interpretation) 3. Section 7, definition “residential property transaction” — insert— ‘(e) an estate consisting of the rights and obligations of the occupier of a mobile home under a relevant agreement within the meaning given by the Mobile Homes Act 1989 ;’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 3 4.
