2493 Auctioneers and Agents Amendment (No. 2) No. 409, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Auctioneers and Agents Regulation 1986 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s.59 3. After section 58— insert— ˙ ‘Exemption from trust account provisions of Act ‘59. Each licensee or class of licensee specified in Schedule 5 is exempted from compliance with all of the provisions of Division 1 of Part 6 of the Act. ’. ˙ Insertion of new Schedule 5 4. After Schedule 4— insert— ‘SCHEDULE 5 ‘EXEMPTIONS—TRUST ACCOUNTS section 59 1. Wesfarmers Rural Finance Limited ’.
