s1 2 s5 Auctioneers and Agents Amendment (No. 1) No. 151, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Auctioneers and Agents Regulation 1986 . ˙ Amendment of s 58 (Pastoral houses) 3. Section 58, ‘Part 6A’— omit, insert— ‘part 8 1 ’. ˙ Amendment of s 59 (Exemption from trust account provisions of Act) 4. Section 59, ‘Division 1 of Part 6’— omit, insert— ‘part 7, division 1 2 ’. ˙ Insertion of new s 61 5. After section 60— insert— ˙ ‘ Repeal ‘ 61.(1) The following statutory instruments made under the Act are repealed— (a) notification gazetted on 15 January 1972 at page 296; (b) the following statutory rules published as orders in council— (i) statutory rule gazetted on 26 July 1975 at page 1491; 1 Part 8 (Pastoral houses) 2 Part 7, division 1 (Trust accounts)
