s1 2 s4 Auctioneers and Agents Amendment (No. 1) No. 60, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Auctioneers and Agents Regulation 1986 . ˙ Replacement of s 60 (Financial institutions—Act, s 96) 3. Section 60— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Financial institutions—application of Act, s 117 ‘ 60. Each financial institution specified in schedule 6 is a financial institution to which section 117 1 of the Act applies.’. ˙ Insertion of new sch 6 4. After schedule 5— insert — ‘ SCHEDULE 6 ‘ FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS TO WHICH SECTION 117 OF THE ACT APPLIES section 60 Advance Bank Australia Limited Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited Bank of New Zealand Bank of Queensland Limited Bank of South Australia Limited 1 Section 117 (Registrar may enter into agreements with financial institutions)
