s1 2 s6 Auctioneers and Agents Amendment (No. 1) No. 92, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 17 April 1995. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Auctioneers and Agents Regulation 1986 . ˙ Replacement of s 5 (Forms) 4. Section 5— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Forms ‘ 5.(1) The chief executive may approve forms for use under the Act. ‘ (2) In this regulation, a reference to a form by number is a reference to the form with that number approved by the chief executive.’. ˙ Amendment of s 44 (Dealers’ stock books) 5. Section 44(1)— insert— ‘(m) the number of the security interest certificate given to the buyer under section 57(4)(a) of the Act.’. ˙ Omission of sch 1 6. Schedule 1— omit.
