2 Auctioneers and Agents Amendment (No. 1) No. 408, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Auctioneers and Agents Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Auctioneers and Agents Regulation 1986 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s.58 3. After section 57— insert— ˙ ‘Pastoral houses ‘58. Each corporation specified in Schedule 4 is declared to be a pastoral house for the purposes of Part 6A of the Act. ’. ˙ Insertion of new Schedule 4 4. After Schedule 3— insert— ‘SCHEDULE 4 ‘PASTORAL HOUSES section 58 1. Wesfarmers Rural Finance Limited ’.
