I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Auctioneers and Agents (Amendment) Act 1992, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 1993 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedule 1 (8) (d), Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 (10) to that Act and section 3 in its application to those items)

commences.
