An Act to amend The Auctioneers' Act, 1873.'

[Assented to 7th April, 1881.

HEREAS it is expedient to amend ' The Auctioneers' Act,

W	Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and
1873' : Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :-

Repeal 1. The Auctioneers' Amendment Act, 1879,' is hereby repealed.

An Auctioneer shall, without further payment or without being addition to the rights and privileges conferred by The Auctioneers' Act, 1873,' the privilege of selling in any quantity not less than one gallon on the premises on which a bond fide sale of the goods and effects of the occupier or late occupier of the said premises shall be held, all liquors which are the private stock of such occupier of the said premises, and which have been kept bond fide for the home con-
