AUCTIONEERS ORDINANCE (No. 2) 1959.

1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Auctioneers Short title and

Ordinance (No. 2) 1959.* cita,ion-

(2.) The Auctioneers Ordinance 1959,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Auctioneers Ordinances 1959.

2. Section four of the Auctioneers Ordinance 1959 is Auctioneers

amended by adding at the end of sub-section (1.) the words—

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

" Penalty: Two hundred pounds.".
