1.—(1.) This Ordinance may be cited as the Auctioneers Short title and

| (2.) The Auctioneers Ordinance 1959,f as amended by this Ordinance, may be cited as the Auctioneers Ordinances 1959. |
2. Section four of the Auctioneers Ordinance 1959 is Auctioneers
amended by adding at the end of sub-section (1.) the words—
| Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at |
" Penalty: Two hundred pounds.".
