AN ACT to amend section eleven of the Auctioneers

Act, 1921-1970.

[Assented to 2nd October, 1972.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Auctioneers and

Act Amendment Act, 1972.	citation.

2. Section 11 of the principal Act is amended

act as an

auctioneer	(a)	by substituting for the word "tenements"
after sunset
or before	in line four, the passage "tenements,"; and
sunrise.)
(b)	by adding after the word "company" in line four, the passage ", or bloodstock".
