Auction Sales Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2013

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Auction Sales Amendment Regulations
(No. 2) 2013.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2013.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Auction Sales Regulations 1974.

4.             Regulation 3 amended

In regulation 3(1) delete the table and insert:

1	General licence	$179.00 per annum
2	Restricted licence	$176.50 per annum
3	Occasional licence	$65.00 per licence
4	Interim licence	$15.00 per month or part of a month
5	Provisional licence	$15.00 per month or part of a month
6	Duplicate licence	$27.00
7	Transfer of licence	$45.90
