(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2015.

Auction Sales Amendment Regulations 2015

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Auction Sales Amendment

Regulations 2015.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Auction Sales Regulations 1974.

4. Regulation 3 amended
In regulation 3(1) in the table:

(a) in item 1 delete "$225.00" and insert:

$230.00

(b) in item 2 delete "$225.00" and insert:

$230.00

(c) in item 3 delete "$65.00" and insert:

$66.00
