Auction Sales Amendment Regulations 2013

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the iic • iion Sales Amendment

Regu/cuions 2013.

2.             Commcncemcnt

These regulations amend the !l uc • lion .Wes Regulations 1974.

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations I and 2 on the day on •hich these

regulations are published in the Gazette (' azettaI day),

(b) the rest of the regulations

(i)      if gazettal day is on tai , before the clay on hich the Biosecurity and !1griculti(e Management

(Identification and Movement of Stock and
Apiaries) Regu/wions 2013 (other than

regulations I and 2) come into operation — on the day on which those regulations (other than regulations I and 2) come into operation; or

(ii)      otherwise — on the day after gazettal clay.

4.             Regulation 9 amended

Delete regulation 9(2)(e) and insert:

(e) the identifier applied to the animals under the

Riosecurily and Agricu/inre Management
(Identification and Movement a/Stock and
Apiaries) Regulations 2013;

5.             Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10 delete the passage that beg ins with "stock." and

ends with "furnished" and insert:

stock. in relation to which a wa y bill issued under the

Biosecurity and Agriculture Managenteni (Ideniification and
Movement of Stack and Apiaries) Regulations 2013 is not

tiu Wished.

Note: The heading to amended regulation 10 is to read:

6.             Schedule I amended

In Schedule I Form 15 delete "Brand' and insert:
