AUCTION SALES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1991

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.These regulations may be cited as the Auction Sales Amendment

Regulations 1991.

Regulation 3 amended

2. Regulation 3 (1) of the Auction Sales Regulations 1974* is amended —

(a) by deleting "$215" and substituting the following —

ff.

"	$225
(b)	by deleting 1160" and substituting the following —

ff.

By His Excellency's Command, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Council.

"	$170
(c)	by deleting "$60" and substituting the following —

fl;

"	$64
(d)	by deleting "$25" wherever it occurs and substituting in each
place the following — " $26 "; and
(e)	by deleting "$42" and substituting the following —
