AUCTION SALES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1990

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1990. 1. These regulations may be cited as the Auction Sales Amendment Regulations

Regulation 3 amended

2. Regulation 3 of the Auction Sales Regulations 1974*

subregulation (1)— is amended in

(a) by deleting 1200" and substituting the following—

• $215 ";

(b) by deleting 1150" and substituting the following—

• $160 "; and

(c) by deleting "$40" and substituting the following—

• $42 ".
