AN ACT to amend section eleven of the Auction
Sales Act, 1973-1975.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Section 11
| amended. | 2. Section 11 of the principal Act is amended as to subsection (5) by deleting the word "Not", in the first line, and substituting the passage "In the case of an application for the grant of a licence, but not in respect of a renewal, not". |
