| tion of duties upon sales by Auctioneers Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof That the sixteenth seventeenth eighteenth nineteenth twentieth twenty-first and twenty- second clauses of the said recited Act except in respect of sales already made and such parts of the fourth tenth and fourteenth sections thereof as relate to the sureties and bonds or recognizances thereby required shall be and the same are hereby repealed. |
