Assembly of N e w South W a l e s in P a r l i a m e n t assembled, and by t h e

au tho r i t y of t h e same, as follows :—

1. The Ra i lway Commissioners of N e w South Wales arc hereby author ized and empowered to close t h e Level Crossing over t he Ra i lway l ine be tween Sydney and P a r r a m a t t a , s i tuate two h u n d r e d and n ine ty- six feet, or thereabout , wester ly from t h e wes te rn end of t he Down P la t fo rm at A u b u r n Ra i lway Stat ion, and dis tant eleven miles forty- two chains a n d s ixty- two l inks from Redfern Ra i lway S t a t i on ; wh ich said Crossing was provided to give access across t he Ra i lway l ine be tween t h e N o r t h P a r a d e a n d the Sou th Pa rade a t A u b u r n . A n d f rom and after t he publ ica t ion of a notification in t he Gazette b y t h e said Commissioners t h a t the said Crossing has been closed unde r t h e au thor i ty of th i s Ac t , all r igh t s of way on and over such Crossing shall be ext inguished.
