I, the Minister for Planning and Infrastructure, make the following local environmental plan under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment

No 9).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Auburn Local Environmental Plan

2010 applies.

4 Amendment of Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010

Clause 6.6 Particular dual occupancy subdivisions must not be approved

Omit clause 6.6 (2). Insert instead:

This clause does not apply in relation to a subdivision

under either of the following Acts:

(a)	the Community Land Development Act 1989,
(b)	the Strata Schemes (Freehold Development) Act 1973.
