1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 26).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots B and C, DP 374304, 9 and 11 Gelibolu Parade, Auburn.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 2:

3      Use of certain land at 9 and 11 Gelibolu Parade, Auburn

(1)	This clause applies to Lots B and C, DP 374304, 9 and 11 Gelibolu Parade, Auburn identified as “3” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)	Development for the purpose of a restaurant or cafe is permitted with

development consent if the total gross floor area of that development

does not exceed 80m2.
