1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 25).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Regents Park:

(a)	116, 118, 120, 122, 124, 126, 128, 130 and 132 Amy Street, being Lots 36–41, DP 10575, Lot 1, DP 663189 and Lots 14 and 15, DP 14881,
(b)	2 and 4 Smith Street, being Lots 22 and 23, DP 36144,
(c)	1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 Maunder Street, being Lots 34 and 35, DP 10575, Lots C, E and F, DP 420180 and Lot 1, DP 206806.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Auburn Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
